Frequently Asked Questions
How do I add cards to my collection?
Use the Search tab to find a card by name, then tap the + button to add it. You can also use the camera scanner to identify cards instantly.
How do I submit cards for grading?
Go to the Grading Hub tab, select a grading company (PSA, BGS, or CGC), choose a card from your collection, and follow the submission flow.
How does Event Mode trading work?
Event Mode lets you trade cards with nearby collectors at in-person events. Open the Trade tab, find nearby traders, and create a trade session to keep a record of every swap.
How do I manage my subscription?
Go to the More menu and tap GGC Premium. To manage or cancel an existing subscription, tap "Manage Subscription" which will open your Apple ID subscription settings.
How do I delete my account?
Open the More menu, go to Settings, and scroll to the bottom. Tap "Delete Account" and confirm. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data.

Global Gaming Collectables is a product owned and operated by Global Gaming Ltd (company number 13491574), registered at 6–8 Corinthian House, Great Eastern Street, London EC2A 3NT, England, United Kingdom ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use the Global Gaming Collectables mobile application (the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Email address and password (stored as a secure hash) when you register.
- Usage Data: In-app interactions, screens visited, features used, and crash/error logs used to improve the Service.
- Watchlist & Portfolio Data: Cards you save, watchlists you create, and portfolio entries you log.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for compatibility and debugging.
- Subscription Status: Processed securely via Apple — we do not store payment card details.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To personalise your experience and deliver price alerts
- To process subscriptions and manage your account
- To send service notifications and product updates (you may opt out at any time)
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorised access
- To comply with applicable legal obligations
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only with:
- Service providers who assist in operating the Service (e.g. cloud hosting, analytics) under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Apple for in-app purchase processing and push notification delivery.
- Law enforcement or regulators where required by applicable law or valid legal process.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@globalgaming.gg.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we use commercially reasonable means to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete such information.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data under applicable laws including the UK GDPR. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@globalgaming.gg.

1. Acceptance of Terms
Global Gaming Collectables is a product owned and operated by Global Gaming Ltd (company number 13491574), registered at 6–8 Corinthian House, Great Eastern Street, London EC2A 3NT, England, United Kingdom. By downloading or using the Global Gaming Collectables app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
The Service provides trading card market data, price analysis, and decision-support tools for informational purposes only. The Service does not facilitate marketplace transactions and does not guarantee any financial outcome.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to access it by unauthorised means.
- You agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute data obtained from the Service.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription ("Pro"). Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through the Apple App Store according to the plan you select.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings.
- Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policy.
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- Price data or signals will be accurate, complete, or up-to-date at all times.
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Any recommendation made by the Service will result in a financial gain.
All buy/sell signals and recommendations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. You assume full responsibility for your own trading decisions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Gaming Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any financial losses resulting from trading decisions made based on the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Global Gaming Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the Service itself.
