1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Global Gaming Collectables app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

The Service provides trading card market data, price analysis, and decision-support tools for informational purposes only. The Service does not facilitate marketplace transactions and does not guarantee any financial outcome.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to access it by unauthorised means.
• You agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute data obtained from the Service.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription ("Pro"). Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through the Apple App Store according to the plan you select.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policy.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.
